recently I pulled a beautifully il
lustrated book
The Glorious Impossible
out of a "yours for the taking" box
in the back of the church
afterwards sitting down and pouring over each page
I realized these
frescoes are in the
Scrovengi Chapel in Padua
which is about an hours drive south (60 km
. . .37 miles)
from where we are going to be in Paderno del Grappa

We saw the Scrovegni Chapel when we were in Italy in 2004! I hope you get to see it. It's beautiful.
